Even if the images were of a real dead woman (which I do not believe them to be), there is an obvious KNIFE WOUND on her left breast in the bottom photo and NO KNIFE WOUND in the same spot on the top right photo.

Not sure why people are still even trying to defend these photos. There is no case to be made. Photoshopped Knife Wounds=Fake Fake Fakeitty Fake.
