Woman's Head Found Placed on Narcomensaje
In Fresnillo, Zacatecas state, Mexico, citizens found the head of a woman placed on-top of a cardboard narcomensaje, signed by the Cartel del Noreste (CDN). Local residents reported that, the night before the discovery, they had heard what sounded like gunshots from a nearby house. Metres away, a black plastic bag with the other parts of the dismembered body was located, and some stray dogs had to be scared away from chewing on the limbs.    |

Grisly  On the other hand, I wouldn't be surprised if the folks living there have already become somewhat desensitized to the sight of these cartel installations. The stray dogs may think the Cartelliños are a gift from heaven though. After all, they always set up a butcher's stall for the doggies, either in the form of an open air market or an enclosed one, such as the garbage bag in this case.  |

get the bright green notecards and the big sharpie; it's time to write a narcomensaje!  don't forget the head that we just harvested. i'm imagining a member mis-writing the message and throwing the crumpled card into a clean, comparably small metal basket nearby... the card tips the basket, and they both fall on the dirt.  |
