That's not a dog chain, it's her idea of BLING, and it got caught in the overhead plumbing, this is why I don't wear bling, that and I'm Australian and have class :)

I've seen many hanging scenes in DR where the deceased had their feet on the floor. I am surprised that the will to live doesn't kick in and prevent them from killing themselves. I suppose that, once they go unconscious, it is too late and their body weight does the rest. So really, all they have to do is choke themselves into unconsciousness and that is enough.
