Exactly, you can't just 'take' a child from it's legal guardian, not even the grandparents or even authorities (in most cases). She had never threatened him harm before, no-one could have stopped this.

If someone cannot bear to go on living, that is up to them. But why kill a child? Terrible. The picture raises some questions. She must have used the ladder to put the rope up. Did she noose herself and jump, or did she climb down and swing off? It looks as if she made a traditional-style noose. Certainly looks as if her neck is stretched but that is fairly common. I assume she was hanging for some time before she was found. |

Hmm, mental illness is very unstable. 5 year olds are rambunctious and full of energy, its possible he was just being a kid and she snapped and killed him. Realising what she did, she then offed herself. Just a theory, its odd since he was supposedly treated well and was loved by his family.
