That news paper probably disintegrated when the rain started falling, so they threw broken down boxes on her, shame.

I did follow up on Facebook posts regarding her case, but no one showed up.

I have found a news video about this case. She was a well-known drug dealer. She was about to get home after escorting her child to school, when she was shot. She was previously arrested in 2013 for illegal drugs.
