Well Doctor ******, it's a little more complicated than that. The majority of Muslims want to live peaceful and prosperous lives. Sure we (westerners) don't like the veil, the fact that they don't eat pork or look at our dogs with terrified and disapproving eyes but guess what, our countries are based on freedoms and democracy, and so anyone should be willing to live here as they see fit, as long as their life choices do not impede on ours (and most of the time, this is OK). I'm cool with the majority of Muslims. And while islamic terrorists truly and really are Muslims (and don't let nobody tell you otherwise), they make up a small portion of the umma. This, gentle soul, means that they are not representative of Islam, even though they take their marching orders from the Qoran, just like Ye Averageth Muslim. You following this? I didn't think so, that's alright, fuck you, have a nice day. |
