Something is wrong too, because she appears to be propped up a little, and that blood trails on the eyes and forehead shows that her head was tilted back at least enough for the blood from her nose to run towards her eyes and the top of her head. And yeah that's definitely an aortic puncture at the lungs. Shit just floods out your mouth nose, etc., but when that happens it's fairly quick death. But it just doesn't look like suicide, her throat sliced and her chest stabbed? look the throat is all the way from one ear to the next looks like, NO hesitation marks. No way anyone could do that straight across, perfect line, no hesitation for pain. nope.
