It seems odd that there are 3 wounds on her neck with no blood but lots of blood on her face. Maybe her clothing absorbed it?

The wounds on her lower neck and chest punctured vessels in the lungs and the blood foamed up and out her mouth.  |

Strange way to do it, but i have heard of someone stabbing themselves to death, actor henry fonda' wife killed herself that way but she was also mentally ill .
