It seems odd that there are 3 wounds on her neck with no blood but lots of blood on her face. Maybe her clothing absorbed it?

Strange way to do it, but i have heard of someone stabbing themselves to death, actor henry fonda' wife killed herself that way but she was also mentally ill .
