Anybody has the story as to WHY he killed her? She's clearly middle-aged to elderly,and while it's not impossible by any means,the chances of it being a sexual crime(i.e killed a patient he was sleeping with or abusing who threatened to go to the police) are less likely. Any more info on this crime?
