Death and dismemberment made for Dr Farah Farah is sentenced to 13 years for dismembering LADY The former plastic surgeon Farah Jorge Farah was sentenced today to 13 years in prison for the crime against Maria do Carmo Alves in 2003 in northern Sao Paulo. Farah killed Maria do Carmo, who was his patient, and cut into nine pieces. The jury's decision was unanimous. Farah await the resources released. The former surgeon was sentenced to a minimum in the two crimes of which responded. For murder, Farah must meet 12 years in prison. In the crime of concealment of a body, the former surgeon must complete a year in prison and pay a fine of half the minimum wage. The defense of former surgeon welcomed the decision of the trial and considered a victory. Farah has a habeas corpus the Supreme Court (STF) that allows him to walk free until all resources are brought to justice. The victim's family has, however, is worth little.
