They operate the same just have different officials in their pockets. Once you kill a couple people its nothing after that. Thats how these guys can kill women and kids and cut them up with an ax. Good people in central America, but they need the Rangers or marine corp. and about 10,000 police officers from the US. We try these bastards in the US and levy the death penalty when merited. Yeah we try their ass in Texas!   Mexico needs to straighten up and they don't have the balls. Monroe doctrine gives this right.Let me further explain. We trained some of these guys just like special forces. This is a well trained, well equipped, mercenary force and everyone is afraid of them, and who ain't is killed or bought depending on need. This and Afghanistan is the two battles we should be in. wolfie |

My assumption was it was Mexico. That affirms with victim name, method, area. I assumed it was real warm hence the clothes. Russians don't want any of that yet in Mehico.  wolfie |
