I initially figured it just got pushed up circumstantially while they were dragging her body or something, but I think it's too far up for that, plus her bra would be dirty from being dragged along the dirt face-down. No idea. Guess its a mystery that, given the locale, will likely never be solved.

I do agree that it's a pretty crappy way to end up.

Its mexico so id probably say, they took something she slipped inside her bra or waist. drugs or rolls of money first comes to mind.
