She really spent a lot on her appearance.. the looks like remnants of a recent permanent makeup visit and those are def lash extensions (not to be confused with cheap glue ons)... even drowned and dead she looks pretty. Kind of an odd scene for DR.

Exactly what I was thinking
she was probably stone cold dead but the responders thought they could have a justified reason for tearing her shirt open - hey we tried CPR, and paddles, and it has to be on the bare skin! lol

Omg. As a lash extension wearer that was the first thing I noticed. These are expensive extensions not strips. And I believe her eyebrows are microbladed. The lashes touched me because I get mine done too. Smh
