Woman Discovered Dead by Housekeeping in a Local Best Western Motel
Cherokee County, Georgia, USA. A woman had been discovered dead by housekeeping when they went to her room in a local Best Western motel. Police were called to the scene and notified detectives to respond. Investigators made the following observations. The victim had been bound with duct tape and her hands were cuffed behind her back with handcuffs. Her right leg was taped to a piece of furniture in the room and there was a plastic bag over her head.  Fig.1 This photo depicts how the body appeared in the crime scene.  Fig.2 Plastic bag over victim’s head. There were notes to the police apologizing for having to work the scene and there were additional notes left for family members. Investigation revealed that the victim had done research on the method. Receipts from Home Depot were located in the room for the items she used to commit suicide. Investigation of the motel video indicated that no one had entered the room and the room was locked from inside.  Fig.3 Hands cuffed behind her back with handcuffs and the keyhole has been taped over. There was some partially consumed alcohol and it was believed she had consumed some prescription medication before securing herself with the tape. Rigor and lividity were consistent with her body position and there was no evidence that she had been assisted. - This post is for educational purposes only and is nonprofit. Thank you, Herm. Most people go to on-line to research how to make a better roast or repair a specific-type vacuum cleaner. Not this woman. She went all in on the lonely, quiet fool proof suicide instructions. Commit!  |

You can read through the post again. Why she made it look like she was murdered? I guess no one here will know. But the evidence at the scene isn’t circumstantial, it was calculated by the victim, and She went out quietly and in peace. |

She wasn't trying to make it look like a murder, why do that then leave the suicide notes? She took precautions to stop herself from saving her own life, handcuffed herself so she couldn't remove the bag around her head, & also attached herself by the leg so she couldn't escape once she changed her mind (which she probably did but it was too late then).
