She was probably fine watching the Batman movie, but then they played the trailer for the NEXT Batman movie, and that was more than she could take. (That's how I felt, but I didn't bring a knife with me, all I had was a soda straw, and even though I was poking myself in the eye, I didn't do enough damage to end my misery) I tried jamming popcorn up my nose until I choked to death, but all that did was make me sneeze. It's kind of sad that the only way to get hurt in a movie theater is to either A. Have a stranger shoot you. or B. Bring your own knife. She was good looking. Kind of a waste. Although maybe she was a Debbie Downer, so not too pleasant to be with anyway. You would think she could have waited for something a little more serious as a reason, like getting the wrong drink at the McDonald's drive-through, or finding out her local grocery store is out of Cheetohs..........oh well..... |

I understand the incredulity that many of you are expressing. It is a very odd circumstance for a suicide. The case is still ongoing, but I will say that all of the news today, after the mall has been reopened and the scene cataloged and examined, etc, still holds that this was a suicide. The police statements continue to maintain that there has been no indication whatsoever of foul play, despite the unconventional nature of the death. I will add, however, that the woman was an experienced registered nurse so, at the least, it is quite possible that she possessed the practical and medical knowledge of exactly how to cut in order to bleed out as quickly and painlessly as possible. Also quite likely that she could have had easy access to prescription drugs in order to facilitate an easier passage out of the world. I'll update if the story changes. |
