Heartburn is all diet related. Cut out gluten & dairy. Look into the Paleo diet. It cured my acid reflux issues. I had them pretty bad for a while.

You will be fine hun, I gave birth naturally twice and although you might feel more pain towards the end your labor will go quicker. I gave birth to my son in an hour and 5 minutes of my water breaking and had my girl in 45 minutes flat! Go the epidural route if you fear the pain to much. Just remember what you will be holding, kissing and snuggling at the end of it all! Plus that's when you can have the good drugs.

About the heartburn or acid reflux... It can also be caused by a bacterium called H. pylori, if so then all the diet change in the world won't help. It requires a short course of antibiotics, and your heartburn will disappear.
