It's a minibus so the seats are all joined together (in most minibuses). Looks like she was sitting next to the driver.
She was possibly hit by the debris flying through the window and then thrown forward after the driver braked.

I once hit the drive shaft off of a truck on the highway in the UK, when riding my motorcycle at best part of 70mph.

It knocked me down and I was laying in the middle of a three lanes highway. You'd not believe the number of cars that carefully squeezed past me and my knackered bike, all too busy to stop and see if I was dead!!!

Assholes!!!!!!!

Luckily I was not hurt, but the bike was a mess and nobody ever reported losing a drive shaft off their truck.....
