This type of incident is very common in Malaysia. The truck drivers forgot to place the hazard signage in case of their vehicles broke down. Already 10000 cases such annually in the newspapers |

hazard signage or not it seems quite a few don't pay attention in traffic as in daylight with a big truck parked in your lane it's not too hard avoiding hitting it me thinks lol
