Artfull death, her burgundy sweater goes with her purple bike and the raspberry pools of blood.

Almost looks like the driver hit the brakes, the tire bounced on her midsection and then came down on the top of her head, first bursting it like a balloon then skidding / grinding across the resulting brain splatter.
