Domestic Violence is world wide.  . Poor woman. She died of internal bleeding, wonder if she could have been saved if she was taken to a bigger hospital or something. Or if she was transported to a larger hospital, capable of handling victims like this, why didn’t they realize she was bleeding internally....Terrible. Poor woman.
