Who Threw Granny in the Well?
In this case, turns out it was her neighbors. Three men and two women who lived nearby kidnapped this 56 year old woman and drowned her in the well. Why? Because she was accused of practicing witchcraft and because she allegedly stole a television. According to the news reports, she was a Tarot reader and apparently several village dwellers feared that she was going to bring the wrath of God upon them. And, of course, don't forget the tv. Happened last month in Mexico. All five perpetrators have been apprehended. Not that it does Granny much good. Guess she didn't read this one in the cards.  ·  ·  · |

Poor lady.. and stealing a television? Some of her customers probably traded it for a car reading session.. he didn't like her reading and started rumors about her.
