That's what I was thinking. There are heaps of wires and what appears to be an electrical box that some, if not all, of the wires/cables are attached to. If any of them were live, 'Mr. Hangman' could have just grabbed them instead of hanging himself. But then, there is the possibility that he grabbed for them during his twitching/convulsing moments when his brain realised what was happening and Mr. Hangman's 'Fight or Flight' instincts kick in.

look at that fucking nightmare high voltage wires - a fire just waiting to happen. I don't know how these countries ever evolve at all
