Its called ''sula'' in malay( the language for malaysia) It means somthing like ''up in your ass'' It's a practice of death sentance to those who go against the Royal family, and the worst part is, once they stucked the spear in your ass, it does not go all the way to the mouth, every 2 hours, they( exicutioner) will slowly push it deeper, to let your suffer every INCH !!!
