EMTs wouldn't have had much luck saving her. Probably the initial head trauma(direct impact, or acceleration alone) caused a secondary problem(ruptured artery, ect...) An mri would have been needed, then surgery, that would have taken at least 2 hours. Sad, none the less though.

As if its the paramedics fault. Do you think they just sat around for 20-30 minutes eating lunch until they decided to make their way to the accident?
