Quite possibly the cutting was done post mortem. That would be a disappointment to those who hope he got to experience the moment, but the lack of blood does suggest the likelyhood that he was already dead.

As a rape victim myself, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the idea of being able to cut the dicks off of each and every one of my rapists...  (no cutting dick emoji... sad day)I can only say that I will sleep a little better tonight... for the little girl has been AVENGED...  For the concern of the innocent... perhaps we'll leave the victim castration ability to the admitted/DNA proof/unequivocally guilty cases... if there's a question of innocence, they can appeal the sentence. |

Regardless of how much one may detest their actions, you are lowering yourself into barbarity when you endorse brutality. There is a reason why nations have justice systems, flawed as they may be.
