Maggots freak me out the most. I can look at most things and it doesn't bother me but maggots make my skin crawl.

not alot creeps me out tbh because of what i do for a living, all except amputations of fingers or toes.... hate it when the surgeon hands me either the finger or toe .... that is so gross!
