There is pretty much a lot of mooses over here in Sweden.
This thing has happened to me a few times. Not that extreme though Mostl just some moose running and hitting into the front of the car and falls down and then runs away.
HAHAAAA I get mixed up in Sweden because a moose in Sweden is the same as an elk in the united states, and the moose is called something else, I can't remember now

WTF from the looks the moose was hit in the front of the car but ended p in the back? How the heck did that happen?

as for damage hopefully the people survived. the only way to escape hitting a moose with minimal damage is if your in a semi truck. Deer and elk can cause the same damage but depends on the speed.

Also i've seen a deer get hit by a semi on the highway....truck survived, deer pretty much exploded on impact.

Passengers survived
Thank God I was just going to ask you that.
Many times the driver dies in a crash like this.
We have elk in northern Michigan and its about the same result when one of them get hit as well.
