Re: Washington State Cop Killer DEAD.
You have a good point. Here in Austin, there has been many , police shooting, that involve unarmed men, that's inexcusable. But, the real Officers out there, doing honest police work, should get respect. We never know when we might need them, but if that time comes, they'll be there, ready to help. Re: Washington State Cop Killer DEAD.
Looks like he's still handcuffed. No, they didn't handcuff him then shoot him. He was shot, still alive, handcuffed then died. Yes, this is the recent news. I believe the stomach wound is days old. He was shot by one of the cops he killed. He got away and his sister helped with his first aid. Prosecutors on Thursday said a third person has been charged with helping Maurice Clemmons, the suspected Seattle-area cop killer, evade police during an extensive manhunt in the area. Ricky Hinton has been charged with three counts of rendering criminal assistance for allegedly helping Clemmons escape police after he brutally shot and killed four officers right before the start of their shifts, prosecutors said. Prosecutors said they will not rest until everyone involved in this case has been brought to justice. The manhunt for Clemmons started Nov. 29, when Clemmons entered a Lakewood, Washington, coffee shop and gunned down four officers, fatally shooting them, officers said. The 48-hour manhunt extended from the Seattle to Tacoma areas until a Seattle officer shot Clemmons. During the manhunt, Clemmons was assisted by friends and family, police said. Also charged with rendering criminal assistance are Eddie Davis and Douglas Davis - a felony - for allegedly helping Clemmons escape arrest. Hinton is Clemmons' half-brother. He is accused of lying to police on the whereabouts of Clemmons and telling his 12-year-old grandson to erase any evidence of phone calls from Clemmons from Hinton's cell phone, reports state. Prosecutors said they might file charges against others suspected of helping Clemmons. The three who have already been charged all have felony criminal records.
