The most important part of this story: potential presidential candidate Mike Huckinpee commuted his 108 year sentence involving 5 felony convictions in Arkansas to just 47 years, thus parolling him......He then moved to WA where he racked up 8 more felony charges, but remained free long enough to murder 4 people. He had made many comments swearing to "kill the police", many of which were recorded on jail house phone calls.....
