Dec 23 2009 A woman was found dead by her son at about 22:30 in the Castle District, the Northwest Zone of Santos.

According to the Military Police, the husband of the victim was the perpetrator.

The couple Rosemar Pereira, 45(dentist), and Odair Marino, 52(ex-PM), met on the Internet two months ago and lived together.

During the night, the second son of the victim, used to lock the door to sleep.

During the night of Tuesday, Odair left the room with the car keys and left.

Seeing that his mother stayed at home, the son went to see what had happened and came across Rosemar dead in the bathroom with the bathrobe cord tied around her neck.

According to the Military Police, Odair Marino was manager of MP in Sao Paulo, but was fired for reasons still unknown.

The case was registered in the 1st District Police Santos

He was caught on Thursday, March 4, 2010 in Ouro Fino Brasil
