Meth in the veins. I was at a party long time ago and dude died right in front of me for the same exact thing. Fell like a rock! No pic though.

Then before rescue arrived he was foaming and I though he was breathing!

dont want to be the one to puke on your breakfast, but if this is a genuine pic, would'nt the vomit roll down his chin and onto his neck? the only way it would fall that way, is if he was standing up, but then he wouldnt be dead.
