Burn Relief is right. The dead girl in house is the neighbour's wife. She appears as a brunette in most alive pics (she became blonde in the last pic with her husband).
The dead girl in snow is the killer's wife : she was a natural blond (don't know if this is correct in english). You can see her on a jet ski and in the last pic...

Well, credit cards are not very popular in Russia outside Moscow and Petersburg, especially not in poorer regions. Cash is king. Most of the businesses these people likely frequented would not have the means to process cards. That said, if they did have one, it is likely a Mastercard, and probably starts with 510070 or 522223, the most popular IIN's in Russia.

I could not find these people on VK, so I am unsure of the extent of their online presence, but as far as passwords go, I'd guess it's something like бесәйҙәрҙең or әсәйҙәрҙә.
