Đồng Nai, Vietnam As usual with Vietnam, very terse information. I saw one Facebook commenter claiming the deceased used to do drugs, and was suffering a psychotic episode when he wandered onto the tracks. |

I see he decided to go with a casual look instead of more formal attire, and there’s certainly nothing wrong with this approach, but wrinkled underpants never photograph well.
