honestly it looks like a deformed child like the butthole area is just like a hole in the skin with what looks like scarring and the skin looks like its trying to grow over it ? not like a normal one at all same with the "vagina" or penis area? is looks like there is a hole ? but it dose not have a vulva or clit or anything just .. a hole that dosnt make sense. and in the last pic it look like a jagged cut like something has been cut off which makes me think it was really a boy..
