those are boy parts, and yeah some of the photos look adult, but in the first image, aren't those baby teeth in the back? hard to tell for me, not a dentist here...

Ah, by the skin tone, missing eyes and lips, this was a drowning victim, completely submerged and undiscovered. Fish often eat eyelids and lips first. Poor girl.
