"Pichadora" is a venezuelan colloquial term for snitcher, just as someone pointed the same meaning with "sapa" (but this meaning is spread across latin america). What is curious to me is the use of the plural form "pichadoras" as, maybe she isn't the only victim? Or maybe the killers are illiterate morons without proper education who can't even spell a simple word. Glad to have left that country... It's like the old west but less cinematic. |

Our Venezuelan friends also use the word "sapa" to refer to a woman who sucks a man who doesn't belong to her. Also, a pichadora is a woman who chases anything male on two legs, sort of like the female version of picaflor. Plus, nobody in any level of government in Venezuela cares about drug users or drug runners - they're all in on it. Put all this together, and my money is on this Venezuelan mamacita being offed not for snitching, but for cheating. Source: I used to spends lots of time in Venezuela before Chávez came along. |
