Various Deaths in Mexico
On 1st of October 2018 in Chilapa, the remains of five men were discovered, dismembered and in an advanced state of decomposition, in plastic bags in a parking lot. Witnesses report that the truck in which the bodies were discovered was parked there early in the morning, near where locals gather to sell tamales and bread. The smell of rotting meat and blood dripping from the truck alerted locals to the gruesome discovery.  On 2nd of October 2018 in Iguala, a man aged approximately 65 died after suffering a cardiac arrest, he was attended by emergency services but was pronounced dead at the scene.  On 3rd of October 2018 in Costa Grande, a man identified as J.N, 45, was found dead. He had been killed with a single gunshot to the head.  On 3rd of October 2018 in Chilapa, a municipal policeman identified as G.N. was shot dead. Five municipal policemen have been murdered in the area so far this year.  |
