Re: Various Deaths
The problem with diabetes is that it also nearly always involves depression as a side-effect of the chemical imbalances in the endocrine system. Doctors should ask careful questions of anyone who they diagnose as being diabetic. If you have been told you are diabetic, you should get checked for depression.

Re: Various Deaths
Anyone reading this who has a type 2 diabetes, YouTube Dr. Fung (Chinese doc in Canada). He explains why this is a metabolic disease and how medication won’t fix it properly. You can control and ever reverse it by managing your diet. The food companies are putting sugar into processed foods to keep you hooked, but it’s also making you insulin-resistant. Start eating healthier, fasting, and cut out the junk food... or your pics may end up on here!

Re: Various Deaths
'Nother great set, Simone. Thank you! Any doctor worth a tin shit will tell you type 2 diabetes can be controlled/reversed with diet & exercise. Ideally, the meds should be used as a stopgap whilst the patient starts a new regimen. However, most people are lazy sluggards who can't be bothered to try & change, so they stay on the pills & insulin indefinitely. What's even sadder is type 2 'diabeetus' is now being seen in teens & even children. |
