WTF is going on in Cambodia? I know what happened during the Pol Pot era, but what's the deal today? Or is the country still so traumatized by what happened back then that they can't get their shit strait.

How terrible this happened to him. I think you're right about where the body was found. He was lying face down as you can see where the blood has pooled and his arm was hanging off the bed. They've lifted him off the bed and he's still in rigour.
