He was probably approaching a convoy or check point, told to stop (and they do this in various languages), and when he did not stop they opened fire. Do not be fooled by the fact that the truck is wearing what appears to be a charitable organization's label. Insurgents have even resorted to using mentally deficient children as suicide bombers detonating them remotely.

Exactly! And that poor puppy on the side of the road that was hit by a car... filled with explosives. C'Mon people... seriously? This is not the time to start "judging a book by it's cover"!! That whole nation is evil and should be flattened. No good has come from that country yet. Right??
