Never because he never did anything close to that. In order for that he would have had to have blatantly ordered torture, genocide, and human rights violations. He never did that.

If he orders the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, which he did, and one of which was proven to be under completely false pretense, than any consequences that were caused by these invasions are his responcibility as well. It won't be long before an international arrest warrant by the international criminal court will be issued against the biggest terrorist in the last 50 years, bush.

Sorry, the world does not work that way, even if it should. Bush will always be remembered for these two wars of agression but he will never be prosecuted. ( Think LBJ/Nixon, Vietnam era)

They violated the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice), the Rules of War, the Rules of Engagement, and the Geneva Convention. They committed murder. It wasn't self defense and it wasn't part of the mission.

For one congress passed a declaration of war, so it wasn't just bush. And two, your fucking high, bush arrested for what? Killing a brutal dictator? Freeing iraq? Freeing afghanistan? Defending america? Fighting wars with kid gloves when our abilities to end them war in a couple days is undeniable.
