Could be that Ruby hosted a gang bang party without participating? Maybe he doesnt want to rock the boat and just thankful he was let out early and got his slate cleaned. a real innocent one that was punished unjust would have sued the government just for the sake of proving that law isnt always right. I would if i was that man and was innocent.  |

Long term treatment centers generally run from 1 1/2 to two years and are implemented after a serious incident such as felony drunk driving, hit and run, etc.
