looks like SE Asia and he looks caucasian I'm gonna hazard a guess and say he was probably some sleazy fuckhead western sex tourist or otherwise trashy traveler. I've seen a lot of them, seedy old guys that go over to thailand/philipines etc to have cheap sex with kids or young girls. Probably deserved whatever he got.
