She has too much color to be dead. Her face looks plump with life. The only way this is real is if she was either extremely freshly dead, or unconscious and in the process of dying/anasthesia. (In which case the hardness of the nipple shouldn't matter.) Her facial expression would suggest anasthesia over murder.

The fact that the wound is not gushing would contradict anasthesia/unconsciousness and how do you explain away how she grips the railing with her left hand?

Skin colour difference between chick and boob in pic 1. Not enough blood show. If you look very closely, you can actually see where the bottom has been cut out of the frying pan.
Also look closely at the point where the boob protrudes from the pan.The pinched appearance of the skin at that point (rounded skin edge) shows that the hole in the bottom of the pan wasn't quite as big as the boob.
