The elusive "two elements on a motorbike" returned yesterday to take the life of this dude. So far the police have found no motive for the execution.         |

and the other guy was leaving a medical unit and a man wearing a helmet approached him. He took his helmet off and told the 27 year old : today you pay me but shortly after he shot and killed him anyway. He was known for being a thief. |
