Would you care to provide the basis for this conclusion? How, exactly does someone "deserve" something from life? On a Darwinian basis the very notion is nonsensical. The only thing you "deserve" is the outcome of natural selection, whether it works for or against you - either way and without pity. Or, perhaps, you are a religious believer who holds that God created people in his image and so they deserve to be respected on that basis? That would at least give you some leg to stand on, but then we would have to look at the arguments for and against religion.
