Take a close look at what they are doing with the hanged girl. It is certainly not like any post mortem exam I have ever heard about. Rather, it looks like some sort of primitive manipulation in an attempt to revive her, like from a witch doctor type. First he is firmly pressing both sides of the girl's head with both hands while moving it. He shakes his head back and forth like saying "No, this isn't working". Then he plays around with her hand and arm, bending the arm at right angles and moving it, then manipulating and pressing on her limp hand. It sure looks like some sort of primitive ritual to me. They are big on pressure points in that part of the world, and I think this was actually an attempt to revive the girl.
