It's an abandoned medical facility, they leave those brains and other formaldehyde fermented goodies there,because honestly, who needs these anymore?. They certainly not gonna move it....by the looks of it, that tub was there for a few decades, if this pic first popped up in 2009 then it's from the 70's-80's at least
