Looks like this pic was taken in medschool.... and if this is in a medschool the smell can't be bad because the parts are preserved in formaldehide; looks like anatomy lab in my school

I wonder if that's a meat processing plant? Looks like a tub full of head cheese to me. If it is that could explain the gloved hand. They're probably setting the head cheese with chemicals so it's easier to slice.
